No β€” gate integration is completely free. Open-Space Management connects to your existing gate system via its API at no extra charge. You own and pay for your gate hardware and software (PTI, DoorKing, etc.) directly β€” those are your contracts, not ours. There is no per-event fee, no gate add-on, and no markup from us.
The 8-step escalation runs automatically: Day 1 past due β€” SMS reminder. Day 5 β€” second SMS + late fee applied. Day 10 β€” gate access suspended. Day 14 β€” email notice.
