STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between the facility operator ("Operator") and the individual named above ("Renter") for the storage space identified, on a month-to-month basis. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $15.00 is applied after 10 days past due. Gate access codes are issued upon execution of this agreement and deactivated upon failure to pay or breach of terms.
